In the past, qualitative marketing research was only available to large corporations due to the significant investment required. However, KMR is adept at creating marketing research programs to accommodate the budget of almost any sized business.
We do this by conducting the research at your business, over the telephone or in a public place to avoid the cost of renting expensive facilities. We recruit respondents to participate in the research using your customer list or recruiting respondents at your place of business if possible. We use fewer respondents than large corporations to help keep the investment affordable. Finally, because we too are a small business having gone through the WORC and SEA programs, not only do we understand what it is like to launch and operate a small business, but our fees are substantially less than large research firms. Most research firms cater to large corporations because of their ability to pay and often do not take on smaller projects or clients. Because of our interest in serving the small business community and low overhead, KMR is able to keep your investment affordable.
